Hollywood Mansion & Spa Camps Bay is an extraordinarily beautiful with magnificent views and a mountain stream running alongside providing a constant soothing melody.
There are 6 air-conditioned, en-suite bedrooms. Each room has a king bed and an en-suite bath and shower, except for 2 of the bathrooms which have a shower only. The main bedroom has a bidet as well. Other features include a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel work surfaces and top of the range appliances, a double volume formal living room, 2 fireplaces, a walk-in cold room, a bar, wine cellar, pool table, gym, and home theatre. The outdoor area is a perfect entertaining spot with a braai and a sizeable heated infinity swimming pool. There are 8 balconies, 2 lock-up garages, and an emphasis on security with a 360 degree CCTV and alarm.
There is also piped music of your choice through-out the home, including the pool area, a library with over 500 books and novels, and a jungle gym and swing for the kids on the opposite side of the natural river
The Mansion is built on half an acre which is very rare for Camps Bay and is also known to be on of the largest homes in Camps Bay. It offers parking for 16 cars and level lawns adjacent to the home and heated pool, means there are no steps.
