With 360 degree views of the mountain, fynbos, vineyard, and Atlantic Ocean, it is the perfect location for a lazy summer picnic, wedding, or function. Don’t forget to visit on Thursdays when it hosts the popular community market.

Thursday Market

The famous Noordhoek Community market is held every Thursday evening from 16h50 – 20h50. It’s a fantastic place to grab dinner with all sorts of food available, including flat breads, latkes, biltong, cheese, cakes, desserts, and more. Pair your dinner with a glass of wine from the wine tasting centre.

Cape Point Vineyards Restaurant

Guests can enjoy the finest Italian/Mediterranean cuisine prepared by Clayton Bell, one of Cape Town’s most beloved chefs. A variety of food is available, from pasta to burgers, or you can enjoy a picnic on the lawn.Tuesday is burger night from 17h00!

Picnics

Spend an afternoon enjoying a picnic on the lawns at Cape Point Vineyards, accompanied by fine wines and exquisite views. Picnics must be booked 24 hours in advance. Cheese baskets and kids’ picnics are also available. Picnics are offered Tuesdays to Sundays from 11h00 – 18h00 (until15h00 on Thursdays).

Wine tasting

The Tasting room is open daily from 11h00 – 18h00 (15h00 on Thursday) with a wide range of wines available for tasting, ranging in price from R5 to R80. Cheese and charcuterie platters are also available, while home baked cakes and premium coffee are served next to the fire in winter.
