Description
Kraal Bay (also known by its Afrikaans name, Kraalbaai), is located on the Langebaan Lagoon in the small West Coast town of Langebaan, in the Western Cape. It is often frequented by exclusive houseboats and is sometimes incorrectly called Churchhaven, which is nearby but not the same.
Kraal Bay is easily accessible by car or boat. It will take you around 35 minutes to drive around the lagoon to reach Kraal Bay, so it is much easier and more enjoyable to boat, sail, or canoe across the lagoon. Boating and water sports enthusiasts enjoy the warm, calm waters of the lagoon for sports like wind surfing, water skiing, wakeboarding, swimming, canoeing, and more.
