Together with the team of ice-cream fundis at Sinnfull (known for their creative assortment of ice-creams from Pistachio & Saffron, to Turkish Delight, and White Choc Poppy Seed), Lanzerac Wine Estate Cellarmaster, Wynand Lategan, and Lanzerac Hotel & Spa Executive Chef, Stephen Fraser, have developed a range of ice-creams inspired by select estate wines.
Unique to Lanzerac, the range of freshly made ice-creams include the Lanzerac Pinotage, Raspberry & Vanilla, Lanzerac Chardonnay & Butter Pecan, as well as the Lanzerac Sauvignon Blanc and Kiwi Sorbet. Those who prefer a non-alcoholic ice-cream can indulge in flavours like Vanilla Pod, Chocolate, Peppermint, Black Cherry Yoghurt, Toffee Fudge, Addictions (vanilla, toffee, almonds, and white choc chips), Cookies & Cream, and Caffeine Fix.
This latest offering adds to the already exciting line up at Lanzerac Wine Estate, which includes a chocolate and wine pairing as well as the ever-popular cheese and wine pairing.
