"My favourite village with everything you could possibly want for a relaxed break from city life."
"Greyton is a beautiful little village and if you haven’t visited yet, take a weekend trip immediately! "
"Mens moet onthou om jou stapskoene in te pak vir al die heerlike berg paadjies. Jammer dat David Kuiers se gallery toe was."
"The Earthy Inn Shop in the main road is fabulous and the local restaurants are lovely. The rest of the shops all seem to of a similar nature. Second hand clothing, charity shops and “antiques”. "
"Dit bly 'n lieflike dorpie as jy 'n rustige wegbreek soek, maar restaurante veral vir aandete is beperk (baie maak deur die dag oop en 15:00 of 17:00 toe). Daar is so 3 plekkies waar jy aandete kan geniet en prys is so R250 pp."
"Fantastic choice of restaurants and so welcoming. Beautiful reserve and picnic area at the river."

"Mooi plekkie, maar ek sou graag die sjokoladeplekkie wou besoek wat toe was en waarvan die aanwysings ook baie swak was."
"Greyton has really expanded over the last few years. All the basics are there, except for a trauma unit for serious medical attention or for life sustaining treatment and clothing shops. Life is very easy going in Greyton. You can often walk from place to place and nothing is ever rushed. Every Saturday there is a market. Animals are a big part of Greyton and get as much respect as the residents. Greyton is very green and peaceful. People are friendly and crime doesn’t really take place."
"Our favourite town to visit. It has an old-world feel that just cannot be beaten. "
"Peaceful town, beautiful hiking trails, a great option for a relaxing time away. The Fiore Secret Garden and Nursery is wonderful with great food and drinks, especially the delicious pizza, coffee and frozen berry drinks. "
"Greyton is a dream destination for those who want a relaxing stay in a picturesque setting."
"If I can choose only one word to describe Greyton it would be magical! "
