"Nieu-Bethesda is 'n afdraai avontuur voor Graaff-Reinet en daar kan mens herlaai. Die winkeltjies met sy oudhede, besienswaardighede en besienswaardighede was 'n lushof. Ek persoonlik dink dis waar mense hulself vind."
"Alhoewel dit blyk dat daar baie slaapplekke is, het dit nie vir my gelyk of daar baie plekke is waar mens in die aand kan eet nie. Dit is 'n baie mooi, goed versorgde dorp, met pragtige huise en vriendelike personeel by al die plekke waar ek was."
"It is the first time I have been to Nieu-Bethesda, and found it so interesting. The people were so friendly. Loved the uncluttered old-world feel. It was a place of experiences; the Owl House, the fresh pancakes in a house-art gallery, the Post Office by day and eating place at night with the most wonderfully fresh, hearty and tasty meals, the donkey cart ride through the town, and so it went on. A relaxing, interesting and to be repeated experience. "
