"Southbroom is a very interesting place with tons of different activities nearby."
"The only negative is the lack of services, specifically water - which results from a lack of municipal maintenance of infrastructure. Half of our stay was without piped water - spare water was provided."
"Southbroom is a glorious village. We enjoyed surfing, swimming, beach time, river kayaking and a few games of tennis at the local tennis club. We are not a golfing family but if you are you will love the course here."
"A lovely, peaceful, quiet and relaxing area that beats the rush like how we live in the suburbs."
"Pragdorpie, goed versorg, rustig, restaurante se diens goed, kos heerlik. Lekker vakansiedorp, Blouvlagstrande 'n bonus."
"Beautiful, and the opportunity to have access to your own "private" beach is a true gift. Despite the low levels of water, you are able to walk around the estate and just enjoy its beauty, free-roaming animals, and the stares of monkeys are relaxing and rewarding."
"In vergelyking met ander dele van die Suidkus, meer Noord, is Southbroom veilig en skoon en stil (ons was daar buite seisoen). Sal dié streek definitief weer oorweeg as 'n bestemming."
"Niks wat iemand daaraan kan doen, maar load shedding was 'n pyn. Baie meer daar as wat ons in Amanzimtoti kry! Verder is Southbroom ongelooflik mooi, gerieflik naby alles en baie vriendelike staff."
"Loadshedding and water supplies are currently a huge downfall in the area. These basic human needs which are in very short supply can make a holiday very difficult if the accommodation does not have a good provision in place to address it."
"Southbroom itself is much bigger than Trafalgar with quite a few shops and restaurants."
