Waterways"If it means waterways, perfect. But also good restaurants and shops / malls. Nice surroundings, we found it real good. We have enjoyed it."
"Claremont is 'n redelike ou woonbuurt soos dit vir my voorgekom het, maar naby aan waar ek wou wees en ek het selfs daar alleen gaan stap teen vroegaand en nooit bedreig gevoel nie. Sommige huise lyk verwaarloos en ander is weer splinternuut opgedoen, maar ek het veilig daar gevoel. Omdat my tyd beperk was, het ek nie veel rondbeweeg nie, want ek was van 9-5nm weg met 'n kursus. Ek weet nie wat daar te sien is nie, maar die apteek was loopafstand van my af, so ook ander winkeltjies en kafees. Verder weet ek nie veel nie. Dit is nie te ver van UCT nie alhoewel die verkeer 'n nagmerrie in die oggend sowel as die aand is, maar vir my was dit 'n positiewe ervaring."

Water's Edge Living"Near Muizenberg, and not far away from the airport and Cape Town. A wonderful location for visiting Kalkbay, Fishhoek, Simons Town and Cape Point."
"Alles wat nodig is, is net so bekombaar en talle trekpleisters is in redelike reikafstand. Dan is die stad ook nie te ver as jy daar iets te doen het nie."
"No traffic congestion. Supply stores are also close. We didn't need to use a GPS as everything could be found almost in one street. Travelling to Kalk Bay was also easy because it is in one straight line. "

Waterways"We used the accommodation to stay over as my sister in law is sick and we needed to visit her, I would not recommend it as a holiday accommodation as per say, only for short periods for business or as in my case to visit a sick relative. "
"The southern suburbs with all it's traditional pubs and taverns and on the route to most of the scenic attractions of the Cape is seriously underrated. It is my favourite base of accommodation."
"Goed geleë naby sport (Nuweland krieket / rugby). Naby Kaapstad en dan ook om sê Houtbaai toe te gaan. Goeie restaurante in omtrek."
"Lovely, definitely the best part of the country. God blessed Cape Town with a magic wand. The streets are clean, no pot holes, roads well marked and it is a pleasure to speak to all the different races in Cape Town who are so friendly. Well done Cape Town, proud of you. "

"Baie mooi en rustige omgewing met Steenberg Wyne om die draai. Weg van die besige stad, maar naby genoeg om gou deur te rits Waterfront toe of na enige van die ander besienswaardighede."
