1104 Bermudas is a luxury beachfront, self-catering apartment located on the 11th floor of The Bermudas in Umhlanga. The apartment offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, an open-plan lounge and dining area and a fully fitted kitchen. Off the lounge and the main bedroom is a patio with spectacular 180-degree sea views.
The main bedroom is fitted with a double bed, while the other 2 bedrooms have 2 single beds each. The kitchen is well equipped with a stove, oven, fridge with freezer and microwave. The living area has a lounge area which has a TV with selected DStv channels and a dining table with 6 chairs. An air-conditioning unit is provided, with both heating and cooling functionality. There is a swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests, as well as a laundry.
The Bermudas are situated with a variety of restaurants and alfresco dining options, all within easy walking distance of the nearby town centre. There are spectacular sea and breaker views from the living area and main bedroom with direct beach access to the magnificent promenade and Umhlanga premier swimming beaches.
