Melkbos Beachfront Villa is a spacious self-catering holiday home set in Van Riebeeckstrand, Melkbosstrand that can accommodate 9 guests seeking a coastal escape with the sound of the ocean right at their doorstep.
The house features 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, as well as a separate guest toilet. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and offers an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, toilet with bidet, and basin. The second bedroom has 2 single beds. The third bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, while the fourth bedroom has 2 three-quarter beds. The remaining bedroom contains 1 three-quarter bed. The second bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet, and basin, while the final bathroom is fitted with a bath, shower, toilet, and basin.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, cutlery, and crockery. On colder days, guests can snuggle up by the fireplace with Netflix or Disney+ on one of the large flat-screen TVs. The house is also equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, and a stocked coffee bar.
Guests can enjoy a friendly game of pool (or board games), bake fresh pizzas in the pizza oven, or braai on the patio while sunbathing with a drink next to the pool.
The property is a hop and skip to the beach and a small shopping centre and about 4km from Melkbosstrand central bursting with award winning restaurants, shops and pubs. Also one of the best surfing and kite surfing spots in the area.
