189 Casa Del Playa is a minimalistic self-catering unit with an inverter that forms the downstairs section of a residential house in Pearl Bay, Yzerfontein. The property is located across the street from the beach. Come and enjoy the outdoors, beach walks fishing or just relaxing. Take a picnic basket down to the beach and enjoy the beautiful sunsets.
The downstairs section can accommodate up to 8 guests and comprises 4 spacious and tastefully decorated en-suite bedrooms with showers in the bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has ocean views and a king-size bed, that can be separated on request into 2 single beds. The other 3 bedrooms have queen-size beds and views of the garden. All beds have white linen and bath towels are also provided. Each room also has a beach bag with beach towels.
The open-plan living area consists of a kitchen, dining and lounge area. There is a fireplace in the living area, a smart TV and Netflix, as well as some reading books and games. There is also free Wi-Fi. The house is well-equipped for self-catering. There is a gas stove and electric oven, fridge and microwave. The separate scullery has a dishwasher and washing machine. The dining table seats 10 people.
The living area has stacker doors that open to the outside entertainment and braai area. There is a wooden table that seats 8, as well as some outdoor patio lounge furniture and umbrellas.
