Description
19 Long Island is an upmarket self-catering house located in the exclusive & secure Long Island situated on the canals in St Francis Bay. The home is perfect for families or friends, looking for a quiet but modern breakaway. There is a private beach at the house on the canals which is perfect for kids to play on.
The house comprises 5 bedrooms, all of which are en-suite with 2 master bedrooms. Each master bedroom has a shower and a bath. The other 3 bedrooms have showers. There are 4 bedrooms upstairs and 1 bedroom downstairs. Three of the bedrooms are furnished with king-size beds, while the other two have 2 single beds in each which can be converted to king-size beds. There are 3 balconies to offer beautiful views. The downstairs bedroom has a private wooden deck patio.
The open-plan kitchen is well equipped and has a fridge, oven with gas hob, microwave, kettle as well as tea and coffee making facilities. The kitchen has a centre island with 4 chairs. There is a scullery with a dishwasher and a Scotsman ice maker. There is a pantry with a second fridge as well.
Other amenities include a dining and lounge area with comfortable couches, as well as a TV room with DStv. The lounge, TV room, and all five bedrooms are equipped with TVs offering all DStv channels. Free Wi-Fi is also available. Outside, there is a swimming pool and braai facilities. An inverter system provides backup power during power outages.
The lounge area and TV room leads to a wooden deck and pool area with views of the canal. There are umbrellas on the wooden deck to relax under. There is also a patio with a built-in braai. On the canal there is a jetty with moorings for boats and jet skis. There are 3 kayaks for your use at no extra cost.

The property has an outdoor hot and cold shower on the deck, and 30 meters of canal frontage with a boat mooring as well as a private beach for kids to play on. There is parking for several cars and trailers within the property.
