20 Cayman Beach is situated in a highly secured, gated village with breathtaking views of the sea and mountains.
The house has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size, bed, a double bed in the second bedroom and 2 single beds in the third bedroom.
There are 2 bathrooms fitted with only a shower, while the 1 en-suite bathroom has both a bath and shower.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, oven, stove, double-door fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle, cutlery and crockery. It also includes modern appliances such as a washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. The large, comfortable lounge has a TV with full DStv. Wi-Fi is provided.
The house also features a pub- and dining area as well as a spacious enclosed balcony with a flat-screen TV and braai facility where meals can be enjoyed with the sound of the sea in the background. There is a patio above the enclosed balcony, with beautiful 360-degree views of the sea, mountains and surroundings. The enclosed backyard garden has braai facilities and guests have access to secure undercover parking.
This light and bright welcoming house is 60 meters from the beach. The kids are safe to walk around and enjoy the amenities, such as the swimming pool equipped with a water heating system, a tennis court and a squash court.
Cape Town International Airport is only 30 minutes away and other popular destinations such as the V&A Waterfront and Table Mountain are only 45 minutes away. Gordons Bay has 2 quaint harbours with fantastic seafood restaurants. It is also only a 15-minute drive from Somerset West, Stellenbosch and the Cape Winelands. You can also venture down the coastal road to Rooiels, Bettys Bay and Hermanus, especially during whale season.
Cayman Beach is within easy walking distance to restaurants and local Pick & Pay.
