24 Gordonia offers comfortable self-catering accommodation in a well-appointed apartment situated in a fantastic location in Gordon’s Bay. The tastefully furnished 3-bedroom apartment is located in a complex opposite the yacht basin and harbour and offers lovely views of False Bay.
The apartment offers an open-plan layout that flows into a sunny living room with wall-to-wall windows, allowing for lovely views and sunlight. The upper floor of the apartment is an entertainer’s dream, with its large dining table, comfy day bed, a second kitchen and indoor braai facilities.
There are 3 bedrooms, 2 of which contain a queen-size bed in each. The third bedroom contains a single bed. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, as well as plenty of wardrobe space and a glass sliding door leading onto a balcony. The guest bathroom has a modern shower and is shared between the second and third bedrooms. Fresh linen, bath and beach towels are provided to ensure a hassle-free getaway.
The downstairs kitchen is equipped with a fridge, a stove and an oven, and flows into the open-plan lounge and dining area. The upstairs kitchen is equipped with a fridge, a stovetop and a microwave. A solar inverter has been installed to mitigate load-shedding. The top kitchen is fully functional during power outages. With conservative use, the system’s batteries can supply up to 6 hours of power. The apartment complex offers state-of-the-art security, and guests have access to a parking garage and off-street parking.
