This well-furnished house is situated in the secure Parys Golf Estate, about 30 m from the estate's clubhouse, so golfers can easily walk over through the back garden gate that makes the house so sought after.
This holiday home sleeps 8 guests and comprises 4 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, an open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining area. All of the bedrooms are furnished with 2 single beds for guests who share. The beds can also easily be pushed together for couples. The first bedroom’s en-suite bathroom is fitted with a bath, shower, toilet, and washbasin, and the rest of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms fitted with a shower, toilet, and washbasin only.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas hob, oven, microwave, cutlery, and crockery, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. There’s a dining table where guests can enjoy their meals together, and the living area has a large comfortable couch and a flat-screen TV. Free Wi-Fi is also available.
The sliding doors open onto the veranda with an outdoor dining table and chairs, and braai facilities. Secure parking is also available on the premises.
