3 Palms is a self-catering apartment located in Sunwich Port and ideal for a peaceful getaway for the family or a group of friends. This unit is within easy reach of beaches, restaurants and shopping centres.

This property can accommodate 5 guests and comprises 1 bedroom with a double bed. The room opens to an enclosed porch with a table and 4 chairs and a view of the ocean and garden. The separate bathroom is fitted with a shower and washbasin. There is a separate toilet. All linen and bath towels are provided for all of the beds.

The living area features a lounge, dining area and a kitchen. The kitchen is well-equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, toaster, fridge-freezer, tea- and coffee-making facilities and cutlery and crockery. The dining area has a dining table and 4 chairs. The lounge area is furnished with a double sleeper couch and a single bed. This unit also has a TV with selected DStv channels.

There is also a covered wooden deck with another braai.

Through the back door is the outside area with a built-in braai, a picnic table and a few spots around the garden has a table and chairs perfect for relaxing and enjoying the fresh air. There are 2 JoJo tanks. Access to free secure parking is available for 1 vehicle.
