3023 Kingfisher is situated in the idyllic Parys Golf and Country Estate in Parys and offers quality accommodation ideal for a family or group of friends. The house is ideal for golf enthusiasts or guests looking for a breakaway on a peaceful and secure estate.

The house comprises 5 bedrooms overlooking the 17th hole of the golf course and can accommodate a maximum of 8 adults and 4 children. The 4 main rooms have balconies overlooking the golf course. There are 2 air-conditioned bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a queen-size bed. The third bedroom has 2 three-quarter beds and an en-suite bathroom. The fourth bedroom has a queen-size bed and shares a bathroom with the fifth bedroom, which has 2 bunk beds ideal for children. All linen and bath towels are provided.

The house is equipped with a solar power system.

The house has a fully equipped, open-plan kitchen with a microwave, Nespresso machine, gas stove, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, washing machine, and tumble dryer.
