Description
Nestled in the secure Salta Sibaya Estate in Umdloti, 34 Hornbill is a stunning holiday home offering self-catering accommodation with partial views of the sea. The estate is within easy reach of restaurants, beaches, and shopping centres in the area.
The house comprises 3 spacious bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 guests. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with a queen-size bed and have an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. The third bedroom is ideal for kids or people not wanting to sleep in the same bed as it contains 2 single beds that can also be pushed together to form a king. Additionally, there is a shared bathroom complete with a bath and hand-held shower. All rooms have ceiling fans and aircons.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas stove, oven, microwave, air fryer, and dishwasher. The air-conditioned living area features an 6-seater dining table, a comfy lounge suite, and a TV. It opens onto a lovely patio with outdoor seating and portable braai facilities. The property is fully fenced and offers a large garden with a trampoline making it perfect for kids.
Within the Estate, guests can find the Clubhouse, where they can take advantage of the wonderful pools, playgrounds, and the restaurant. There is a sports center containing 2x padel courts, tennis court, soccer field, cricket net and braai facilities. There is a park area that has a pump-track (great for older kids with kids, scooters and skateboards), kids obstacle course, trampolines, toddler jungle gym, chipping and putting green and more braai facilitates with an ablution block. There are also beautiful trails cut into the forests (7km) for walking, running and MTB enthusiasts, and all within the safety of the estate. All these facilities are free to use, making this an incredible holiday destination for families with kids.
