Description
Nestled in the secure Salta Sibaya Estate in Umdloti, 34 Hornbill is a stunning holiday home offering self-catering accommodation with partial views of the sea. The estate is within easy reach of restaurants, beaches, and shopping centres in the area.
The house comprises 3 spacious bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 guests. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with a queen-size bed and have an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. The third bedroom is ideal for kids or adults and contains 2 single beds that can also be pushed together to form a king. Additionally, there is a shared bathroom complete with a bath and hand-held shower. All rooms have ceiling fans and aircon.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas stove, oven, microwave, air fryer, and dishwasher. The air-conditioned living area features an 6-seater dining table, a comfy lounge suite, and a TV. It opens onto a lovely patio with outdoor seating and portable braai facilities. The property is fully fenced and offers a large garden with a trampoline making it perfect for kids.
Within the Estate, guests can find the Clubhouse, where they can take advantage of the wonderful pools, playgrounds, and restaurant. Guests can head to the sports center which includes padel courts, tennis court, cricket net, soccer field and braai facilities. There is a park area that has a pump track (great for older kids), trampolines, jungle gyms, obstacle course, zip line and huge open park. There are walking/running/MTB trails cut into the forests (7km) all within the safety of the estate. All these facilities are free to use, making this an incredible holiday destination for families with kids.
