Lazy@Yzer - Golden Horizon Beach House is a spacious double-storey self-catering holiday house with 180-degree sea views, and views of Table Mountain on a clear sunny day. The house is located in Yzerfontein on the West Coast, approximately a 1 hour drive from Cape Town.

The house can accommodate up to 11 guests and comprises 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a guest toilet, an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area, a indoor braai area and lounge, and a laundry room.

The first bedroom contains a queen-size bed and a shower en suite with a toilet and washbasin. The second and third bedrooms each contain a queen-size bed. These 2 rooms share a bathroom with a bath and a shower, a toilet and washbasin. The fourth bedroom is an upstairs room, ideal for a family, that contains 4 single beds, a table with chairs with a fireplace, and sliding doors opening to a balcony. This room has an en-suite bathroom. There is a three-quarter bed in the lounge.

The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering with a fridge-freezer, stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, and toaster. There is a separate laundry room with a washing machine, a tumble dryer, and a gas stove. Outside area with basin, table, oven, and washing lines. Sliding doors open to a sheltered outdoor area with outdoor dining furniture. The lounge contains comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV and has sliding doors opening to the front patio so you can enjoy the sea view. The dining area contains a 10-seater dining table and chairs. Leading off the dining room is the second lounge/braai area.
Just a quick note: The property consists of two separate units. One is the main house, where you'll be staying, and the other is a completely separate 2-bedroom apartment located at the back of the property. The apartment is its own building, not part of the main house, and is fully private—separated by walls and gates to ensure peace and privacy for everyone.
