37 La Palma Villas is a self-catering apartment situated in Die Voor Bay/ Diaz beach, walking distance from Hartenbos along the beach. One of the most scenic areas in the seaside town of Mossel Bay. The apartment is located on the 4th floor (lifts available) of a secure complex with great sea view from the semi-enclosed balcony.
The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, an open-plan kitchen and living area. The main bedroom has a queen-size bed and the second bedroom has 1 double bed and 1 single bed. These rooms share a bathroom with a double shower. The kitchen is fully-equipped with a stove/oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. The balcony is semi-enclosed with a built in braai. Please note that there is only a DVD machine and OVHD, (see internet for available channels). Wi-Fi is available, as well as a small inverter to keep the lights on during loadshedding.
La Palma Villas is located near the Langeberg Mall and is within walking distance to Diaz Beach Water World. The many activities in the area include boat trips, scuba and shark cage diving. The scenic views and tranquil surroundings will ensure a memorable stay.
