Located in a secure complex in Plettenberg Bay, 38 Silver Ranch is a comfortably furnished house for up to 6 people.
The double-story house consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom that is fitted with a shower, toilet, and basin. The other 2 rooms are furnished with a queen-size bed, and 2 single beds respectively. The loft has 2 single beds, and a double bed, and is available on request. The shared bathroom is fitted with a toilet, bath and basin.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a stove and oven, a microwave, a fridge, a dishwasher, as well as tea-and-coffee-making facilities. An additional fridge is available in the loft. Guests can enjoy their meals at the dining table, or relax in the lounge which has a TV with DStv.
The house opens onto a covered stoep with a built-in braai area. Undercover parking is available for 2 vehicles, and the house has an alarm system.
The complex has a communal pool, as well as a fenced area with small bucks and birds. Access to the complex is gained through a remote-controlled gate.
