39 Canal Road is a self-catering house situated on the canals in St Francis Bay and is perfect for a group of friends or a family looking for a quiet homely break.
This contemporary home can accommodate up to 10 guests and features 5 en-suite bedrooms including a separate 1-bedroom apartment with a kitchenette, dining area and lounge area. One of the bedrooms is furnished with a king-size bed, while 2 of the rooms have queen-size beds, and the other 2 bedrooms each have 2 single beds. Each en-suite bathroom is fitted with either a shower, a bath, or both.
Linen and bath towels are provided, but guests must bring their own swimming and beach towels.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, microwave oven, and fridge, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities, and meals can be enjoyed at the counter or the dining table for 10. There is a separate pantry with a second fridge, freezer, and an ice machine.
The lounge area and 4 bedrooms have TV's with all DStv channels. The lounge leads to a wooden deck and covered patio with a built-in braai and a view of the swimming pool and canal. Free Fibre Wi-Fi is available. There is a private tennis court and a cricket net on the property for your exclusive use. On the canal, there is a jetty with moorings for boats and jet skis. There are 4 kayaks for your use at no extra cost.
There is an inverter battery backup system that provides power to all the lights, the fridge, Wi-Fi, the lounge TV and the DStv decoder.
St. Francis Bay boasts activities such as boating, swimming, surfing, dolphin and whale watching, hiking and golf at the golf club, and guests can visit the lighthouse and the Irma Booysen Flora Reserve to see the local fynbos.
