Description

4 La Mer is a self-catering duplex apartment located in the secure La Mer complex on the Ballito beachfront. The complex offers direct access to the beach and promenade via a security gate, and is also within close proximity to shops and restaurants in the area.

The apartment can accommodate up to 4 adults and 1 child, and comprises 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The first bedroom contains a queen-size bed and a shower en suite with a toilet and washbasin. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds. The second bathroom contains shower-over-bath, a toilet and a washbasin. Built at the top of the stairwell is a single bunk-style bed, accessed via a ladder, and ideal for a child.

The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering and includes a stove and oven, fridge-freezer, toaster, and a washing machine, as well as a breakfast bar with stools. The lounge area contains couches and a Smart TV with Netflix. The apartment has a large private braai area with a built-in braai and outdoor dining furniture.
