4 The Courthouse is a comfortably furnished self-catering apartment for 4 people in Ramsgate Beach, Margate.
Situated in a small complex on the Bilanhlolo River, the apartment comprises 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a dining area, and a lounge. The main bedroom is furnished with a Queen bed, and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds, and makes use of a separate bathroom fitted with a bath, and a shower.
The kitchen is equipped with a stove and oven, a microwave, a fridge, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities, and meals can be enjoyed at the dining table. A dishwasher, and a washing machine are also available for guests to use.
Guests can relax in the lounge which is equipped with a Smart TV. The living area opens onto a balcony that overlooks the River, garden and swimming pool. The apartment is fitted with ceiling fans, as well as an alarm system. Please note, smoking is not allowed in the apartment.
Guests can cool down in the swimming pool, and children can play on the lawn in a garden filled with birdlife ranging from Peacocks and Egyptian Geese. Guests can canoe to the Blueflag Ramsgate Beach and World Famous Waffle House.
4 The Courthouse is 1 km from Ramsgate Beach and various popular restaurants in the area. Ramsgate offers a variety of activities such as diving, swimming, fishing, birdwatching, hiking and walking, as well as golfing, and guests can visit attractions such as Butterfly Valley.
