40 Oceanview is a gorgeous self-catering villa located in the heart of Glen Ashley, Durban North. This stylish home has modern features and is a great option for a coastal getaway as this property spoils with an inviting swimming pool and a jacuzzi with stunning ocean views.
This property can comfortably accommodate a total of 8 guests at a time and comprises 4 en-suite bedrooms as well as a guest toilet. The first 2 bedrooms are both furnished with a king-size bed and have a full en-suite bathroom with a bath and a shower. The third bedroom has a queen-size bed and an en-suite shower, while the fourth bedroom contains a queen-size bed and has a full en-suite bathroom. All linen and bath towels are provided; however, guests are required to bring their own beach towels.
The bright and airy living area features a stylish kitchen fully equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, cutlery and crockery as well as a central island with stools. For guests’ convenience, a dishwasher and washing machine are available. Leading from this kitchen is a dining table where guests can enjoy their meals together. The lounge has comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV. A second TV lounge is available. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available.
Through the stacking doors is a covered patio with a dining table and a built-in braai which is a great spot for guests to enjoy some quality time together.
