Davidson Place is located on the owner’s property, situated in Fairland, Johannesburg. The property is approximately 5 to 6 km from Cresta Shopping Centre and Clearwater Mall.

The Flat is air-conditioned and has a separate entrance and comprises 1 bedroom furnished with a bed, and an en-suite bathroom with a bath. The open-plan kitchenette contains heat- and eat-appliances such as a fridge, a microwave, a kettle, and a toaster. The adjacent lounge has a sleeper couch for a third person. The living area leads out to a patio. There is a separate braai area for guests to use, and in addition, the flat contains free Wi-Fi Internet, and a TV with full DStv channels.

The Log Cabin is air-conditioned and has a separate entrance and features 2 bedrooms of which the first bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom a single bed. The bathroom is separate and features a toilet, hand basin, bath and shower. The lounge and kitchen is open plan and fully equipped with a stove, microwave, fridge and kettle. The lounge has a sleeper couch and a TV with the full DStv as well as Netflix and free Wi-Fi. The cabin also has a patio that leads off the lounge and a dedicated carport.

Both units have a dedicated parking area and guests have access to shared braai facilities as well as the swimming pool on the property. The units can be serviced daily, and laundry can be done by arrangement as well. Both units are connected to the property's solar system so lights, TV, and Wi-Fi can be used during load shedding. No heat-generating appliances or aircon can be used during load shedding.

52 on Davidson is also ideally situated approximately 13 to 15 km from The Dome in Northgate, Randpark Golf Club, 30 km from Lanseria International Airport and 800 m from the Mosaic Lifestyle Centre to name but a few places.
