803 Bermudas is a beachfront apartment in Umhlanga Rocks, with spectacular 180-degree sea views and enjoys private direct access to the beach and the promenade. The unit is on the 8th floor of The Bermudas apartment block and is accessible by lifts. The apartment is air-conditioned with both heating and cooling in the open plan lounge and dining area only. There are ceiling fans in the bedrooms.
The apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The main bedroom contains a king-size bed, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, a toilet and a washbasin. The second and third bedrooms contain 2 single beds each. The second bathroom is fitted with a shower over the bath. Quality linen, bath and beach towels are provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a dishwasher, stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, and cutlery and crockery. The dining area has seating space for 6 people, while the lounge has a comfy lounge suite and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV with selected DStv channels. Free Wi-Fi is also provided. Off the lounge and main bedroom are sliding doors onto the patio with spectacular views of the sea.
