Welcome to your perfect beachside retreat! This spacious, newly refreshed beach house is ideal for families or groups of up to 10 guests. We’re in the final stages of our renovation, adding fresh finishes and an open-plan layout to make your stay even more comfortable. Photos to be updated soon!
The house offers generous indoor and outdoor entertaining areas — including a large deck with a built-in braai overlooking the pool. Whether you’re relaxing with sundowners or enjoying a weekend braai, the setup is made for easy living.
There’s a small garden in front where the kids can play, complete with a trampoline for extra fun. Inside, you’ll find everything you need for a relaxed stay just a short stroll of 100m to a very quiet swimming beach. Conveniently located; close to well-known surf spots, restaurants and a grocery store.

96 Strand Beach House can accommodate up to 10 guests and comprises 5 bedrooms, one ramhok, a kids' dorm room without a door and 4 bathrooms. The first bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom contains a double bed and an additional single bed, sharing a bathroom with the third bedroom, which is furnished with a double bed. The fourth bedroom has its own full bathroom that is not an ensuite, furnished with a double bed and an additional single bed. The fifth bedroom contains a double bed and an ensuite bathroom. The ramhok room features 3 single beds, ideal for kids.
The kitchen is well-equipped with a stove and oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee grinder, cutlery and crockery. The living area offers plenty of couches, a TV and an indoor braai facility. It then opens to a great entertainment deck around a sparkling swimming pool, with an outside braai area, ideal for spending a summer’s day on the West Coast.
Further amenities include a washing machine, a trampoline on the front lawn and a private courtyard which catches the morning sun.
