Abbotts Hill offers self-catering accommodation and is a farmhouse located on top of a hill on a wine warm, surrounded by vines and views of the rolling Swartland valleys in Malmesbury.

Abbotts Hill offers an old-world charm of solid wooden doors, floors, sash windows and shutters; the 3.5 m high ceilings and large windows provide lots of natural light. This charming home can accommodate 8 guests and comprises 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Each bedroom is furnished with an extra-length king-size bed. Some can be converted into twin beds on request, and each room features a private bathroom with a walk-in shower; in addition, each bedroom has air-conditioning and a remote-controlled ceiling fan.

The well-equipped kitchen contains the necessary appliances to prepare and cook meals including a gas stove and gas oven. Guests are welcome to bring their own Nespresso pods and coffee beans. The open-plan living area leads out to the wraparound verandah, which boasts an outdoor dining area and overlooks the large swimming pool.

In addition, the house has free Wi-Fi Internet access and lots of secure parking for vehicles.

The farmhouse is set up to avoid load shedding, with a 24Kw battery backup system and solar panels. Guest can make use of all appliances except for the heaters and aircon during load-shedding.

With prior arrangements, shuttle services, laundry and tour services can be arranged at an extra cost for guests as well.
