Built in 1905 by Sidney Herbert Adley, during the Ostrich feather boom period, 1886 to 1914, this magnificent sandstone Victorian mansion is situated on an acre of land in a quiet and upmarket residential area, within walking distance from the town centre and Oudtshoorn’s famous restaurants. Relax in the manicured English gardens with two pools and enjoying the old-world charm.
Accommodation comprises fourteen individually decorated rooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. All rooms are equipped with air conditioners, overhead ceiling fan, TV, bar fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. Guest amenities are provided. Rooms are cleaned daily by housekeeping and laundry service can be arranged.
Guests are invited to taste the 'best breakfast in South Africa' according to past guests.
Small dogs are allowed when staying in Luxury Rooms and Self Catering Units.
