Description

A&F Cottage is a cosy, self-catering unit with a private entrance, located on the owner's property in Fourways. It is ideal for corporate or leisure travellers.

The unit can accommodate 2 guests at a time and comprises 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. The bedroom furnished with a queen-size bed and the bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet, and washbasin. Linen and bath towels are provided.

The unit boasts a well-equipped kitchen that includes a gas stove, microwave, kettle, cutlery, crockery, and a fridge-freezer. Guests can enjoy a meal at the 6-seater dining table or relax on the comfortable couch in the lounge. For guests' entertainment, a TV with DStv channels, Netflix, and free Wi-Fi are available.

The unit is entirely off-grid so load shedding is no bother. There is also a backup Jojo tank connected to the main water feed in case of municipal water outages.

Outside, guests have access to a shared swimming pool and a lapa with braai facilities. Secure covered on-site parking is available. The location provides easy access to Design Quarter and Monte Casino, Fourways Mall, Dainfern Square, Bryanston, and the Sandton business area, along with various restaurants.
