Welcome to AfriCamps Addo, the first AfriCamps Boutique Glamping location in the Eastern Cape. Nestled among thickets of indigenous fynbos, overlooking forested hills and gorges, 14 fully equipped boutique glamping tents offer the perfect base for adventure, wildlife, and relaxation.
At AfriCamps Addo, we offer two unique tent types. Our glamping tents sleep five guests in two bedrooms - perfect for families or groups of friends. Our premium tent is designed exclusively for couples, offering a private and spacious romantic escape. Our tents boast exceptional views, relaxing outdoor wood-fired hot tubs and netted hammocks for ultimate relaxation.
Glamping Tents:
Each AfriCamps tent consists of an outdoor wood-fired hot tub, a spacious open plan lounge area with a couch, a dining area with a solid wooden table and seating for five guests, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms that comfortably sleep five guests, and a bathroom complete with a hot shower, toilet, and washbasin. Both bedrooms are furnished with an extra-length queen-size bed and have their own private entrance, which allows maximum privacy. One of the bedrooms also contains a single bunk bed. Our tents are equipped with an indoor fireplace and ceiling fans.
To take full advantage of the stunning views at AfriCamps Addo, the tents sport a spacious L-shaped deck and five expansive canvas panels that offer guests an immersive outdoor experience with unparalleled views of the natural surroundings. Enjoy a braai on our spacious wooden decks and take in the views from the comfortable deck loungers. Pull up the front and side covers and transform the tent into a large outdoor living area. Unwind and appreciate a festive family breakfast while taking in the serene natural beauty of the South African landscape.
Premium Tents:
Designed for couples, our spacious premium tent offers a relaxing open-plan space with lush finishes including a king-size bed, an indoor fireplace, luxurious lounge chairs and a modern kitchen with cooking island. Glass doors on two sides of the tent open onto a spacious L-shape deck with a netted hammock, outdoor wood-fired hot tub and a braai. The en-suite bathroom includes a spacious walk-in shower.
