Afstap Lodge - Afstap Safaris is a charming lodge situated in the Waterpoort district of Limpopo near the Soutpansberg, which provides an excellent setting for both small intimate gatherings and larger groups. With its location in the heart of nature and the bushveld, it offers a peaceful environment for families and friends to enjoy.
Accommodation is offered in 6 chalets and 1 house with 5 bedrooms. The chalets are either furnished with a king-size bed or 2 single beds and have en-suite bathrooms fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. The main bedroom in the house is furnished with a king-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, basin, and toilet. The 3 bedrooms are furnished with either king-size or twin beds and have en-suite bathrooms fitted with showers, basins, and toilets. There is also a kiddies room with 4 single beds and a separate toilet. Linen and towels are provided.
Guests have access to a spacious and communal kitchen, Lapa, and dining area. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. It extends to a large dining room where guests can enjoy their meals together. There is also a lounge area with seating. Guests have access to complimentary Wi-Fi.
Outside, guests have access to a lovely lapa area with seating and braai facilities. There is also a swimming pool that guests can take advantage of and a boma firepit. Guests can encounter wildlife roaming freely and enjoy a lovely sundowner while the sun sets.
