Alimandi Villa is a charming house situated on a 3-hectare smallholding in Klapmuts, Paarl, offering guests spacious and comfortable self-catering accommodation. The house consists of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, which can comfortably accommodate up to 4 adults and 2 children. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, while the second bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed. Each of these bedrooms includes an en-suite bathroom fitted with either a bath and a shower or a bath only. The third bedroom is furnished with a child-only bunk bed and makes use of the guest bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet, and washbasin.
The kitchen is open-plan to the living area and is well-equipped with a fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, gas stove, washing machine, cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. The living area includes a TV with satellite channels and ample comfortable couches.
This area opens onto a patio with an outdoor dining area and an entertainment area with a built-in braai, a pizza oven, and outdoor seating. Complimentary Wi-Fi and secure parking are available to guests during their stay. Guests are welcome to swim in the dam located on the property.
