It is close to Bayview and walking distance from Hartenbos and Diaz Beach.

Alive@4 Villa is a 4 bedroom home with sleeping accommodation for 8 guests, with 2 bathrooms fitted with toilet, bath, shower and washbasin. The Villa also has a guest bathroom with a toilet and washbasin, a living room with indoor braai, a TV room, a 10 seater dining room, an equipped kitchen, and a laundry room. Each bedroom has a balcony with a beautiful view.

Alive @4 Chalets 1 and 2 sleeps 4 guests it comprises 1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 bathroom with a shower and/or bath, toilet and wash basin. The living area consists of a lounge area with flat-screen TV, a dining area for 6, and a kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, and tea and coffee-making facilities, as well as a washing machine. There is also a daybed in the lounge area which can be converted into 2 three-quarter beds. Both the bedroom and lounge area lead to a balcony with a sea view.

Guests have access to the pool and sun loungers, which has a bathroom fitted with a toilet, shower, and washbasin. Guests are also close to numerous local shops and restaurants. The Hartenbos and Diazstrand water parks are also not too far away and there are Zipline and paragliding activities available in the area.
