Description
Anchors Aweigh 105 is a spacious 8-sleeper rondavel in the Anchors Aweigh family resort in Hibberdene, next to the Mzimayi river.
The multi-storey, open-plan rondavel comprises 2 bedrooms, a loft, 1 bathroom, a kitchen and a living area. One of the bedrooms is furnished with a double bed and has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The loft room is furnished with a double bed as well as a bunk bed, and a sleeper couch for children is available in the living area. For convenience, linen and a fan is provided,and guests please need to bring their own towels.
The kitchen is equipped with a stove with an oven, a microwave, a fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. The unit also has a TV, and DStv is available on request at an additional cost per day. Guests are also welcome to bring their own decoder, remote and smart card.
Braai facilities and parking are available on request, and the complex offers a children’s playground and a swimming pool. The complex also has 24-hour security as well as security guards. The unit has a JOJO tank.
The unique Anchors Aweigh bridge located at the lagoon, links the resort to the main beach where guests can fish or braai. Lifeguards are on duty on the beach during December and Easter Weekends, and during the holiday season, a variety of activities are organised for children on the beach. The main beach also offers a putt-putt court, a super tube, and a restaurant.
