Anchor's Rest is situated in the small seaside town of Hermanus, 120 km from Cape Town. Anchor’s Rest is 150 m from the famous cliff paths boasting the best land-based whale watching in the world, and just a 1.5 km stroll to the village centre. It lies between the historic Old Harbour, in the village, and the New Harbour with its restaurants within walking distance. The champagne air, Blue Flag beaches, spectacular mountain nature reserve, beautiful golf course and other outdoor activities make Hermanus a popular holiday destination.

Self-catering accommodation is offered in 4 separate suites, each with its own private entrance, patio and garden areas, and braai facilities. Each kitchenette has cutlery, crockery, an under-counter fridge, an induction cooker, tea- and coffee-making facilities, overhead fans, and a microwave. Free Wi-Fi and a Smart TV are provided in each unit.
