Apartment 22 is a self-catering flat located on top of the host’s home, situated in Sedgefield. The property is ideal for a couple as a base from which to explore this part of the Garden Route.

The apartment accommodates 2 adults and is accessed via a wooden staircase. It consists of an open-plan kitchen and living area, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. The bedroom is furnished with an extra-length queen-size bed, and the bathroom is fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. Hand towels, shower gel and shampoo are provided. The apartment has an open-plan well-equipped kitchen that contains a fridge, a microwave, an oven with a stove and other necessary appliances. For your convenience, a limited supply of basic items like dishwashing soap, dishcloths, dish towels, salt, pepper, sugar, tea, and coffee are provided. The apartment does not have any laundry facilities. There are 3 laundry services in the village.

The adjacent living area features a dining table with seating, a TV with Netflix and limited DStv channels. Guests have access to our Wi-Fi. The deck features a braai and a table with benches, where guests can enjoy sundowners. The property also offers secure off-street parking, with a fence and electric gate.
