Description
This double-storey thatched roof guest house is designed to blend in with the traditional homes of the fishing village. Arniston Guest House is the perfect place to stop over between Cape Town, Hermanus and the Garden Route.
The guest house offers 5 individually decorated rooms. There are 4 rooms with double beds, one with a king-size and one with two three-quarter beds. All five rooms are en-suite. Each room features a TV with Netflix, tea- and coffee-making facilities, bar fridges and heaters. Cotton linen is used on all beds.
The house has some very unique features, including a copper staircase railing, old copper and porcelain light switches, wash basins from ships and trains, as well as window and door frames that are more than 150 years old. Breakfast is served every morning in the dining room. Breakfast consists of a freshly prepared fruit salad with yoghurt and a cooked breakfast with a choice of eggs. Guests can also relax in the communal lounge area.
