Arum Villa is a spacious self-catering holiday home located in Yzerfontein, approximately 85 km northwest of Cape Town, making it an ideal getaway for a large family or group of friends.
This three-storey property can accommodate 10 guests and comprises 5 bedrooms and 5 en-suite bedrooms. The first, second, and third bedrooms are each comfortably furnished with a queen-size bed. Two of the bathrooms are fitted with just a shower, while the remaining bathroom includes a bath and a shower. The fourth bedroom has a bunk bed, while the fifth bedroom contains 2 extra length three quarter beds. Each bathroom is fitted with a shower. Linen and bath towels are provided.
The property features a fully equipped kitchen that includes a gas stove, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, fridge-freezer, as well as a separate scullery with a dishwasher. The lounge and dining area have comfortable seating for guests to dine and relax while enjoying the sea views and boasts an indoor fireplace. For guest entertainment, a TV with DStv channels and access to free Wi-Fi are available.
The living area opens onto a spacious patio with a built-in braai, lounging area, sundeck, and splash pool - a perfect spot to enjoy the ultimate sunsets over the Atlantic. Guests are afforded secure on-site parking and double garage with automated doors and located close to the beach, convenience stores, and restaurants.
