This sunny, spacious studio apartment with private street entrance lawn and garden at ground level with no staircases. The apartment is furnished king-size bed that can be converted into 2 single beds if required. Ample built-in cupboards with a small lock-up safe. All bedding and towels are supplied and changed regularly. Beach towels on request.

The bathroom has a glass-screened shower-over-bath with a separate toilet.

The apartment comprises an open-plan lounge, sleeping area, kitchenette and full bathroom. The kitchenette has a fridge-freezer, a microwave, a 2-plate stove with oven, cooking utensils, cutlery and crockery for 4 persons and a tea tray. The small lounge has comfortable chairs and coffee tables. The unit has a TV with selected DStv channels and free Wi-Fi connections.

Guests have access to private braai facilities right outside the unit. Undercover, off-street parking is provided next to the unit.
