Avemore Leverger Manor House is tucked away in a shady, green, and peaceful corner of the Stellenbosch Winelands in Devon Valley with stunning views of the olive groves, vineyards, and majestic Helderberg Mountains.
The manor house can accommodate up to 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. These bedrooms are furnished with king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms fitted with either a shower, bath and toilet or a shower and toilet only.
The self-catering kitchen is equipped with a fridge, oven, gas stove, and microwave as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities.
Other amenities include a TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, pizza oven, private wood-fired hot tub, and braai area, as well as access to the communal pool.
The manor house has backup power during load shedding. Secure parking and the electric gate, electrical fencing and security team ensure safety. The water supply may have a slight colour due to natural tannins, but it undergoes extensive purification and is safe to use.
Guests are welcome to meander through the olive grove, relax at the pool, or watch the sunset from the spacious veranda, which offers the most spectacular view in Stellenbosch. Le Verger is a unique escape in the heart of the Devon Valley, embracing over 12 hectares of wild gardens, olive orchards, and a freshwater dam.
