Description
Aviemore Lodge is situated in the popular and safe Oaklane Estate with panoramic views of Dullstroom’s Suikerbosckop, dams and Nature Reserve from a prime position. Aviemore Lodge welcomes ten guests in Dullstroom with all needed amenities and elegant features. This house is a great base to explore and unwind and is fully serviced on a daily basis and is non-smoking.
Five Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 : Fitted with a queen size bed, en-suite bathroom and opens onto a private patio overlooking the dam and Koppie.
Bedroom 2: Fitted with two single beds, en-suite bathroom and opens onto a private patio overlooking the dam and Koppie.
Bedroom 3: Fitted with two single beds and en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom 4: Fitted with two single beds and adjoins a bathroom.
Bedroom 5 : 2 Stacked beds.
Linen is provided and four bedrooms are equipped with under floor heating, a safe and hairdryer.
Four Bathrooms:
3 En-suite Bathrooms are fitted with elegant bathtubs and 4th is fitted with a shower.
All bathrooms have heated towel rails and infrared red heaters for added comfort in the winter time.
Towels are provided.
Kitchen:
Fully equipped with all kitchen utensils.
Gas hob and electric oven.
Microwave oven and airfryer
Free-standing charcoal braai outside the kitchen
Patio:
The patio is a lovely sunny place to sit and enjoy the spectacular views and is fitted with an indoor gas braai and a bar area.
Lounge and dining room:
Comfortable couch around a gas fireplace.
Dining table for 8/10 persons.
Parking:
Double enclosed garage and secure parking outside.
