The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a fridge-freezer, stove and oven, microwave, and a scullery with a dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer. The dining room overlooks the pool. The lounge contains seating and a fireplace. Off the living is a separate enclosed TV room with a flat-screen smart TV. The living area flows out to a covered patio with outdoor furniture and a built-in braai. The patio leads to an unfenced swimming pool with sun loungers, and a well-maintained garden as well as an alfresco outdoor beach shower.
