Description

Situated on Ballito's Main, Willard Beach this pristine unit offers breaker or ocean views from every bedroom and living space. A large open plan kitchen with all amenities and separate scullery is connected to a living area, complete with 42" Smart LED TV, DSTV satellite services, sound bar and a DVD player. This opens onto a large balcony with a sofa, a 6 seater outdoors table and chairs and a gas braai overlooking the white beaches of Ballito.

All 3 bedrooms are en-suite. The main bedroom boasts a king-size bed and dressing table with the large en-suite bathroom comprising double basins, shower, long bath, toilet and bidet. There is a safe in the room. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed with a TV and bathroom with shower, basin and toilet. The third bedroom has a TV with twin beds and a bathroom with bath, basin and toilet.

The entire unit is air-conditioned and equipped with an ice maker, wine chiller, beverage cooler, washing machine, tumble drier and dishwasher. The unit is serviced Mondays to Saturdays and towels are provided. The unit is not serviced on Sundays or Public Holidays. Two undercover parking bays are allocated and convenient access is via elevator.

The complex, Ballito Manor, has an oversize pool for guests and direct beach access is provided via a guarded security gate.
