Bay View Retreat is a spacious self-catering home, ideally situated for a family holiday in Linkside, Mossel Bay. This property offers the perfect setting for a memorable stay with family and friends.
Accommodating up to 10 guests, the home comprises 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and features a dressing room and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, washbasin, and toilet. The second bedroom includes a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, washbasin, and toilet. The third bedroom also offers a double bed and shares a bathroom fitted with a shower, washbasin, and toilet. The fourth bedroom is furnished with a single bed and a child-only bed, along with an en-suite bathroom that is fitted with a bath, shower, washbasin, and toilet. All linen and towels are provided; however, guests are asked to bring their own beach towels.
The living area includes a fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities, as well as a central breakfast bar with stools. For added convenience, the kitchen also features a dishwasher. The open-plan lounge and dining area offers ample seating for guests to dine and relax while enjoying the home's welcoming atmosphere. Adjacent to the living area is a cosy seating nook with a selection of board games and books. The property also includes a music room, equipped with a piano, guitar, and ukulele for music enthusiasts, as well as a small library and two dedicated workspaces. This space provides direct access to the beautifully landscaped garden, which features plenty of outdoor seating, a braai area, and stunning ocean views. The back garden also includes a pool with an outdoor seating area. Additionally, there is a carport with space for three vehicles, located behind a secure electric gate.
