Berghoff Barbi Cottage is a self-catering unit situated on a beautiful Protea farm in the Olifants River Mountains, approximately 28 km from Porterville in the Western Cape. It's an ideal escape for those seeking to get away from the busy city life.

This cottage can accommodate up to 10 guests at a time and comprises 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a guest toilet. Each bedroom is comfortably furnished with a double bed as well as a single bed. The shared bathroom is fitted with a shower-over-bath. Linen is provided; however, guests are required to bring their own towels.

The unit features a well-equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, fridge, toaster, kettle, microwave, and chest freezer. Guests can enjoy a meal at the breakfast bar with stools. The lounge area has a comfortable couch, a single sleeper couch, and a fireplace for those cold winter evenings. Access to free Wi-Fi is also available.

Outside, there is a patio with a built-in braai and outdoor seating. On-site parking is available. Guests can also enjoy activities such as riding a mountain bike through the protea plantations or hiking to a beautiful waterfall.
