Bettie's Luxury Lodge is located in the beautiful town of Kroonstad, halfway between Johannesburg and Bloemfontein. The Lodge offers a restful retreat that you can think of as your home away from home. We offer services for any traveler, whether you’re on business, or your journey is for pleasure.
Our rooms feature beautiful decor, superb quality extra-length beds and all the amenities you could need. Our 6 rooms have en-suite bathrooms and private entrances. In-room facilities include full DStv with flat screen TVs free uncapped Wi-Fi access, air-conditioners, heaters, electric blankets, a bar fridge, coffee- and tea-making facilities and hairdryers.
The lodge offers a swimming pool, communal kitchen and a braai area for guests' convenience as well as inverters which generate power for lights, Wi-Fi, TV and the fridge.
Kroonstad offers an array of activities that include flea markets, a tea garden, fishing on the Vals River or at the Bloemhoek Dam, walking trails and lion tours and lion and tiger interaction at Boskoppie Lion and Tiger park. Today, as an important administrative, agricultural and educational centre, Kroonstad still boasts much of the inherent rugged beauty which led the Voortrekkers to establish the city where they did.
