It's equipped with a large modern bathroom with a shower and generous sized bath. It features a fully-equipped, open-plan kitchen with oven, dishwasher and washing machine. It also boasts an open-plan dining area as well as a TV- and lounge area with a sleeper couch, a west-facing sunroom and an indigenous garden with well-stocked koi pond and barbecue. The Manor has free secure off-street parking for 1 vehicle and pavement parking for one more vehicle.

*Children aged between 2 and 18 pay 100% of the sharing rate.
*Fully refundable breakage/security deposit per unit:
-R500 per 2-day weekend stay,
-R1000 per long-weekend,
-R2500 per summer holiday week/ New Years' visit, or
-multiples of any of the above depending on the length of stay and size of group, party arrangements, etc.
*Additional guests policy (by arrangement):
Off-season - R200 per guest per night,
Peak season - R250 per guest per night,
up to a maximum of two additional guests.
*Decontamination protocol (Pre- Check-in and Post- Check-out)
- R550 per unit per stay
- R800 for both units per stay
Additional charges will be invoiced separately by Betty's Rest Accommodations upon confirmation/payment of reservation.

Description
Fully equipped self-catering house. The house has 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a queen-size bed, bedroom 2 has a double bed and bedroom 3 features a double bunk bed. There are 2 extra beds in the sun room, ultimately accommodating 8 guests. La Villa has a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, breakfast counter, as well as fire extinguishers and a smoke alarm. The laundry room has a modern automatic washing machine and a second refrigerator. There is a dining area with a dining table and the TV area has a double sleeper couch. The sun-room off the braai area accommodates additional lounging and relaxation facilities. A dartboard is set up in the sun-room, as well as newly-installed Premium DStv.
